Prices for translations are generally set per word. Our translation rates run between a minimum of USD 0.10 and USD 0.15 per word. Factors influencing the price are number of words, type of document and turnaround time. Proofreading and editing prices start at USD 0.03 per word. Transcription rates are USD 2.50 per minute of audio. Urgent assignments will incur an express fee. The minimum fee is USD 35.

For international clients, eChecks, Visa or Master Card are the preferred methods of payment via PayPal. For domestic clients, a check in USD is the preferred method of payment. Wire transfer is available, however, there is a $10 surcharge per wire transfer. We accept payment in USD, EUR, AUD, CAD and GBP.
