Prices for translations are generally set per word. Our translation rates run between a minimum of .11USD and .15USD / source word. Proofreading prices start at .03USD / word. Transcription rates are 2.25USD / minute of audio. The main factors determining the price are the type of document, the level of complexity and turnaround time. Urgent translation assignments will incur an express fee. The minimum fee is 30USD.

For international clients, eChecks, Visa or Master Card are the preferred methods of payment via PayPal. For domestic clients, a check in USD is the preferred method of payment. Wire transfer is available, however, there is a $6 USD surcharge per wire transfer. We accept payment in USD, EUR, AUD, CAD and GBP.
