No third parties will have access to your documents, unless they serve the purpose of creating a translation, as requested. If you wish, the print outs or other physical documents you have entrusted to us will be destroyed after the translation has been completed. Electronically stored information will also be deleted at your request.

We will not contact any third party in relation to your documents, unless it advances the cause of the service you have requested.
